I had to return David's call a few times and it was quite difficult to get through, when I was free to ring. A couple of times the line was just ringing and ringing. I presumed this was because it was a Saturday, and this was an emergency service.

Sytner always give excellent customer service. My car service was completed 30 minutes later than I was originally told and I stayed on site waiting for the car. This wasn't an issue but the service employee reduced my bill to compensate.

when we picked up the car we were handed a sealed envelope. Disappointed no one came to explain after all the problems we had had to wait 20mins to see someone. Found oil on car seat and the health check all bodywork OK but car had existing damage.
